What is Powder Coating?
Powder Coating is the process of electrostatically charging a dry powder made of ground plastics & resins which is then sprayed onto a METALLIC substrate with a gun-type applicator. The powder is then baked onto the substrate in an oven so that means we can only coat items that are high-temp tolerant!
*We are NOT a body shop and DO NOT paint cars for the public.*
The substrate must be grounded to allow the powder to attract to it. That leaves us limited to parts made of metal. There are a few exceptions for items such as ceramic toilets or heat tolerant glass, email for more info on those items.
Everything to be powder coated gets run through an extensive & detailed prep procedure to bring back a better-than-original refinished product & ensure long lasting results that I can place my guarantee on.
The most poplular items we coat are:
-Car wheels/parts
-Motorcyles/parts
-Dirtbike/atv/utv/sled parts
-Antique furniture
-Bicycles
I'm always coating something different & open to one-offs, that's what keeps this thing interesting. Reach out if you have any further questions & I'll get back to you as soon as I'm available!
